#0801 Protein Expression and Purification Expert. Position will involve optimisation of purification procedures for vaccine candidates. Extensive experience with protein biochemistry, chromatography methods (FPLC) and knowledge of standard protein biology techniques are required (ELISA, SDS Page-Western blotting).  Experience with expression in bacteria, yeast or baculo virus would be an advantage. A minimum 3-5 years of practical experience is essential.
